Yoga movement have been lifelong companions, evolving with me through every stage of life, injuries and the change of my own body. Now in my forties I have developed my own movement yoga longevity method which focuses on

+Space- how? through posture, asanas, breath, stretching, make space.

+Flow- how? giving a rythm, unitying the diffrent postures in sequence, aligning with universal flow, breath.

+Strengthen- how? force in different body chains supports the rest of the systems of the body-  aquaring force in the body is deeply reaseached to be very important for longevity for the balanced fonction of hormonal, esqueletal body

El Yoga Movimiento han sido compañeros constantes a lo largo de mi vida, evolucionando conmigo en cada etapa. He desarrollado un méthode de movimiento yoga para longevidad con 3 pilares:

Espacio- cómo? la posture, asanas, estiramientos, respiración

Fluidez- cómo?, el movimiento  uniendo una postura con la otra en sintonía con larespiración y con la corriente de la vida.

Fortalece- cómo?- esencial para el funcionamiento idóneo hormonal, músculo esquelético.

Refina- Cómo? aisla partes del cuerpo, atención al detalle.
